Mothership Rising offers a supportive community where friends and family can assist mothers through various stages of motherhood, including adoption, birth, foster care, and more.

The platform facilitates an organized system where loved ones can sign up to check in on mothers through texting, providing essential emotional support. Each day, a designated friend sends an uplifting message to the mother, fostering a network of encouragement and care.

How it Works

Create a nurturing circle to offer support to a mother in need. Mothership Rising serves as a sanctuary for friends and family to rally around mothers during significant life events such as adoption or stepparenting.

How to organize a nurturing circle:

• Identify a mother who would benefit from support (even if that mother is you!)
• Form a nurturing circle and select the required support dates
• Invite the mother to join the circle and provide details of her self-care needs
• Invite friends to participate in the circle and choose specific dates to be the primary point of contact for the mother

Each circle spans 100 days. Every day, the mother receives an encouraging text from the Mothership Rising App. The app initiates a conversation by sending motivating messages to both the mother and the assigned friend on the predetermined day of support.

The friend then follows up with additional texts to provide the needed support, allowing the mother to respond at her convenience without any pressure.
